• EU: 14 €
• UK, Norway, Switzerland: 19 €
• Canada, Japan: 29 €
• US: 58 €
• Rest of World: 33 €

Lead Time:

My current lead time (from your order until shipping) is 2 weeks, although I typically work faster. If you need your bag sooner for an upcoming trip, please reach out to me and I can prioritize your oder. 

Shipping Duration:

• Germany: 2-3 days
• US: 3 days (via DHL Express)
• International: typically 5-11 days

   

Shipping Insurance and Tracking

I ship all packages insured and you always receive a tracking link for your order. Please note that my shipping provider can only guarantee tracking within Germany. But from my experience so far, all shipments have been fully tracked.

Note on Taxes and Fees

Prices generally include 19% VAT. International (non-EU) and some EU orders are VAT-exempt. Once you enter your shipping country at checkout, prices will update to show your correct price.

For international orders (non-EU), note that import VAT / customs duties / tariffs may arise. I have no impact on these and take no responsibility for additional charges. Please inform yourself about your country’s national regulations.

I accept the following payment methods. If you want to do me a favor, I appreciate bank transfers to avoid payment provider fees. But no worries if not! 🙂

Returns

Please have a look at my Cancellation Policy. But to make it short: I can only accept returns for standard products, not for custom-made gear. You can return the product unused within 14 days of arrival. You will need to cover the shipping costs and I will refund you once the product arrives.
