• UK, Norway, Switzerland: 19 €
• Canada, Japan: 29 €
• US: 55€ (DHL Express 3 days, tariffs due on arrival)
• Rest of World: 33 €

Delivery Time:

My current lead time (from your order until shipping) is 2 weeks, although I typically work faster. If you need your bag sooner for an upcoming trip, please reach out to me and I can prioritize your oder. Shipping within Germany takes 2-3 days, international shipments typically take 5-11 days. 

Shipping Insurance and Tracking

I ship all packages insured and you always receive a tracking link for your order. Please note that my shipping provider can only guarantee tracking within Germany. But from my experience so far, all shipments have been fully tracked.

Note on Taxes and Fees

Your final price at checkout includes the product cost and shipping costs. I currently do not collect VAT (in accordance with Section 19 (1) of the German Value Added Tax Act (UStG) for small businesses).

For shipments outside the EU, import VAT and customs duties may arise. I have no impact on these and take no responsibility for additional charges. Please inform yourself about your country’s national regulations.

I accept the following payment methods. If you want to do me a favor, I appreciate bank transfers to avoid payment provider fees. But no worries if not! 🙂

Returns

Please have a look at my Cancellation Policy. But to make it short: I can only accept returns for standard products, not for custom-made gear. You can return the product unused within 14 days of arrival. You will need to cover the shipping costs and I will refund you once the product arrives.
